Rare Victorian Vintage Neoclassical Bronze Demon Devil Statue Metal Horns Hooves

This sculpture is in perfect condition. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base:Height 14" x Width 6.5".

Marble Dimensions: 6" X 6.5". He wraps himself in his wings and holds onto a crucifix while sitting and thinking about his presence in the world.

This gargoyle devil has the body of a man but the fingers and toes of a gargoyle. He has horns that grow out of his head with a Mohawk growing down the middle and his facial features are very demonic, like the devil. His wings are not like an angels but the opposite they are similar to a bats wing and have a pointy claw at the top of each wing. This gargoyle sits and thinks about his life and questions himself and everything that he has stood for. Good can conquer Evil; it just has to break through.
