It's one of my favorite finds. This is a 1931, wallpaper sample book, an important document of the year 1931. The papers are STUNNING, there are many types of designs, stripes, floral, embossed etc, the patterns seem endless. I estimate about 300-350 pages? It weights over 12 pounds, all of very light paper pieces many many many pages the designs are simply wonderful. This book has a leather strap for clothing. An important piece for any historical home design also I'll be so pleased for the next person that gets to call this theirs! Some of the art deco stylized designs are my favorite! Measurements : This book measures approximately 18 inches wide by 10 inches and the depth of pages is 4 inches, measured at the spine.Condition : A wonderful book in antique condition the leather strap needs some work, there are signs of time and use on the cover and back, a very small number of pages are damaged, generally it is in wonderful condition, but it's not without signs of time and use a rare and fabulous fine!
