Old Vintage / Antique Preciray Bicycle Bike Wheel Truing Tuning Stand Jig RARE

I have here a old bicycle truing jig. Very old and very heavy! This was found in a family members outbuilding recently and after some time searching I have figured its a Preciray wheel truing device.
