A RARE VINTAGE MR30/5 CANTILEVER LOUNGE CHAIR IN BLACK LEATHER AND CHROME PLATED TUBULAR STEEL DESIGNED BY LUDWIG MIES VAN DER ROHE c. The iconic MR series was produced under licence by numerous manufactures throughout the 20th century, this example is unmarked but was most likely produced in Europe in the 1960's or 1970's.
The weighty tubular steel construction, leather and stitching are of high quality. SIZE - 70cm (27 1/2in) high , 51cm (20in) wide , 80cm (31 1/2in) deep.
CONDITION - VERY GOOD indents to leather seat from stretchers below. A few small marks and scratches to leather from use. Otherwise excellent vintage condition with expected light signs of age and use. Please contact me for any additional photographs or information.COLLECTION IN PERSON FROM FULHAM, LONDON, SW6.
