THIS FABULOUS ETHEREAL DRESS IS MADE FROM BEAUTIFUL WHITE COTTON/LINEN FABRIC AND EMBELLISHED BY EMBROIDERED FLORAL DETAILS, AND LOVELY SCALLOPED EDGES. RARE CONDITION FOR A DRESS THAT IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD (SEE CONDITION NOTES BELOW). SHORT SLEEVES & OPEN LACE NECKLINE.
COLLAR THAT HANGS OVER THE SHOULDERS. THE SKIRT HAS TWO TIERS. I BELIEVE IF HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE, THE DRESS IS WEARABLE. SIZE/MEASUREMENTS: BUST 30-32 , WAIST 20, BODICE LENGTH 14, SKIRT LENGTH 34, HIPS 39 , TOTAL LENGTH 48, SWEEP 78. CONDITION: LOVELY CONDITION FOR ITS AGE!
NOTABLE ISSUES: 2 AREAS OF BLACK DISCOLORATION ON THE HEM LINE, a BLACK DOT SPOT IN BACK. MAY ALSO HAVE SOME HAND STITCHED REPAIRS HERE OR THERE, NOTHING NOTED, BUT IS COMMON WITH EDWARDIAN PIECES.
